How do I join?
Choose Basic or Pro and complete payment in secure Stripe Checkout. After your payment succeeds, create your CIPEX account using the same email and verify it to open your workspace. Max is coming soon.
What is the difference between the plans?
Basic brings together COT positioning, market history and your watchlist. Pro unlocks the full dashboard and its research tools. Max includes everything in Pro, plus the private Telegram group and educational tutorials.
How often does the data update?
COT follows the latest available CFTC release. Prices refresh automatically from the available data feed. Source dates are shown in the dashboard; these are not exchange real-time quotes.
What does annual billing mean?
You pay for twelve months upfront at the price of ten monthly payments. Your membership renews annually unless you cancel renewal through Account Settings.
Can I manage my subscription?
Yes. Account Settings lets you open Stripe’s secure billing portal to manage your subscription, payment method and invoices. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the end of your paid period.
